We now know the cause of a fire at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant from back in February.

You may recall that employees were evacuated with several being taken to the hospital for potential smoke inhalation after a truck carrying salt caught fire.

A federal accident investigation board is now saying the fire happened because the truck had a buildup of combustible fluids then came into contact with hot surfaces.

A little over a week later, a radiation scare caused by a leak in one of the waste containers closed down the plant.

There is still no word on when the plant will reopen.
